By accessing or using Garden Riser, operated by K Network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our platform or applications.

2. Platform Purpose and Community Scope

Garden Riser connects home gardeners, gardening professionals, and local plant businesses worldwide. The platform offers tools for plant diary tracking, knowledge sharing, community discussions, marketplace exchanges, and service discovery.

Garden Riser does not charge commissions on marketplace exchanges or direct agreements between users. Any arrangements, payments, or physical exchanges conducted between members are solely the responsibility of the participating individuals.

3. Member Accounts and Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. User Content and Code of Conduct

Members may share photos, garden diaries, guides, and comments. You retain ownership of the content you publish, but grant Garden Riser a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content across the platform. You agree not to:

• Publish invasive species or illegal flora prohibited by local agricultural regulations.
• Post deceptive, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent listings or service offerings.
• Impersonate another individual, business, or certified horticulturist.
• Engage in automated scraping or unauthorized data harvesting.

5. Service Bookings and Marketplace Exchanges

Gardeners and professionals may communicate, issue quotes, and confirm bookings through the platform. Garden Riser acts as an introductory directory and communication medium. We do not act as an employer, contractor, or financial escrow. Users are advised to take standard safety precautions when arranging physical garden visits or plant handoffs.

6. Termination and Moderation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or that poses a threat to user safety or the integrity of the platform.
