Chlorosis

Yellowing of leaves caused by a lack of chlorophyll. Yellowing between green veins on new leaves often points to iron or manganese deficiency, while older leaves yellowing first suggests a nitrogen or magnesium shortage. Poor drainage and the wrong soil pH are common causes.
